This is the hardest week of the year. We are so close and yet so far away. Tax season has been draining this year. Seven days a week for the last month has completely exhausted me. Add to that the purchase of a house and packing and moving. Then add the stress of studying for the citizenship test and it's just downright brutal. To say that I am anticipating the end of tax season is an understatment.
I am ready to start living my life. So many things are about to change and I am anticipating the excitement. I have a house to enjoy decorating. I have children to get to know. I have a life to settle into with Rob. We have such crazy schedules alone and honestly putting us together should be almost disasterous but it all feels so right. Things just work so effortlessly with him.
The thing with Rob is that he makes me feel like nobody else ever has. He makes me feel appreciated and loved. He makes me feel cared for. He makes me feel wanted. Sadly, I don't know that anyone has ever made me feel this way. He honestly treats me the way every woman deserves to be treated. I am excited to start a life with him but right now all I do is pack and work so the time we are spending together is either unpacking or sleeping. I want to enjoy life with him once again. I want to have dinner together, watch tv together, go on walks together, and spend time with the kids together.
By Tuesday this will have come to a stop. The craziness will be over and it will just be a distant memory. I am really looking forward to leaving work at a reasonable time and enjoying more out of life.
